Robert Darabos

biography

Born in USA, 1983

Robert Darabos works primarily in printmaking, though also works in ceramics, sculpture, painting, among other mediums.

He notes some of his most recent influences as abstract painters, minimalists, and derives inspiration from Greek philosphy.  

 

Darabos' work is shown primarily in the United States, as well as internationally in places like Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Wales, Japan, among others.  His work is in permanent collections of museums like the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Chengdu Academy of Art in China, the Kyoto Museum of Art in Japan, the Penang State Art Gallery in Malaysia, the Museum of Modern Art in Wales, among many others.
